The Post Office has launched the ‘Interactive Voice Response (IVR)’ feature for Post Office Savings Bank (POSB) customers through which they can benefit from a plethora of services for national savings plans (small savings plans). savings) by calling Indiapost’s toll-free number 18002666868 via their registered mobile number.
